At Aspire Bou., we take the art of shopping very seriously and strive to make your experience as fun and efficient as possible. Our team members are committed to assisting you in finding the items you’re looking for.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING ORDERS:

Aspire Bou. will accept merchandise/s (exempt items stated below) if the following item/s meet our return guidelines within 14 days of the delivery date . If any item/s do not meet the below guidelines, the returned merchandise item/s will not be accepted for an exchange and/or store credit. All exempt items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for any reasons. We process returned item/s for exchanges (store credit is issued if approved). 

****Please note that orders all CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.****

Management will inspect and approve all returned item/s when received. After approval, store credit (discount code) will be given. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Items sent after 14 days from the delivery date will be notified and a $8 return shipping will be charged to send the items back to you

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

-All items purchased on Sale or Clearance or With A Coupon Code

-All Accessories (Includes hats, beanies, hair clips, headbands, jewelry, head scarfs, sunglasses, and keychains)

-All bodysuits and undergarments

-All Swimwear 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS: 

-To be eligible for return, PLEASE ensure your items are not in this list

-Item/s must have the original tags attached, and be unworn and unwashed

-SHOES must be in their original packaging and encased in another box to protect the items while shipping

-Items purchased through out online website will be issued online credit only, not store credit.

-Add invoice inside return box/bag

-If qualified for an In Store exchange, please bring invoice provided with purchase to the store

**Store Local Pick-Up Orders Exchange/Store Credit:

Please email aspirebou@gmail.com to receive an authorization for an in store exchange.

RETURNS INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pack securely your return with the original tags and packaging.

2. Add the return invoice

3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of the return is your responsibility) *Suggestion to purchase one with a tracking number

4. Ship to the address provided 

5. Once we have received your return package, the items that are eligible for a refund will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. It will take 3-4 days to receive your return and 5-7 to process your store credit. 

6. If approved, a store credit code will be sent to the email address on file. The store credit does not expire and cannot be reissued if lost.

7. Items sent that are not eligible for a return will be notified to you and a $8 return shipping cost will be charged to send the item/s back to you

PRODUCT INFO:

Here are a few tips to taking care of your items:

ACCESORIES 

  • Some accessories are NOT real gold, it's recommended to remove them before showering. 

  • If possible, store them in a pouch/box.

  • Place items apart to prevent rubbing. 

  • Refrain from going swimming with jewelry, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode jewelry.

  • Hand wash with cold water.

  • Hang to dry ONLY.
